RE: the transfer sheets you mentioned on my blog, the cocoa butter designs can be used with melted chocolate, frost a cake with melted chocolate, and while it's hot, add the cut out transfer sheet...and put it in the fridge. Once cooled, you will have the design on your cake (or cookies, or whatever)...it's not tempered, but still very beautiful :)
